Google dedicated a special doodle to celebrate the 400th birth anniversary of Spanish painter Bartolomé Esteban Murillo.
Bartolomé Esteban Murillo is known for his contemporary style paintings of women and children. His works depict a realistic pictures of street urchins, flower girls and beggars. The artist began studying arts in Seville under Juan Del Castillo. Some of his famous paintings are Soult Immaculate Conception and Vision of Saint Anthony. Bartolomé Esteban Murillo's paintings are made on a wide range of subjects and they are known for their radiant colour palette, and dramatic lighting.
